Dan is fighting for his life.  He gets the big man down and ties him up.  He is wise in that he has both the arm and leg of Tower tied up.  Tower's shoulder is on the verge of dislocating, his elbow might separate and at the same time, the pain on the hip joint an knee is excrutiating.  Kennedy leans back hard.
