Curt pulls up and falls back never letting up on the choke.  Flash's windpipe is being crushed.  Conroy keeps him in place by locking his ankles between Flash's legs so he can't struggle free.  Flash needs help but it's one on one here, he's totally at Curt Conroy's mercy to stop the beating, but Conroy's not stopping.
