devices, some have experienced and occassional problem,
particularly those on iPhones using Safari. We've tested
Google Chrome and it works flawlessly.
Question #4: I ordered a DVD, when will I get it and what does
the package look like?
Answer: We normally try to ship all DVDs the same week you
order them. Occassionally due to high demand volume it takes
longer. We appreciate your patience, you will get your DVD.
Each DVD is burned individually when ordered to keep your
costs to an absolute minimum. We are not just picking them
up off a shelf and putting them in an envelope.
The package is a plain brown or white envelope with a return address
of NRW Entertainment. There is no other outside marking. Orders
are shipped through the US Postal service. If you want to pay
for overnight service, please ask in the comments/notes section
at checkout. Inside the envelope your DVD will be in a paper
sleeve. This has greatly reduced the cost of shipping.
We recommend picking up DVD cases at a local stationary
store like Staples or Office Max if you want them in
something more rugged.
